| Introduction
Our consulting office started with the association of human resources specialists, actuaries, lawyers and asset managers who, for the most part, contributed until 1999 to the drafting, setting up and management of a truly international pension scheme for a multinational corporation headquartered in Switzerland.
The scheme covered about 3000 affiliates in over 80 countries, of which 300 expatriates. Our team was responsible for defining and setting up the remuneration policies and the creation of a global pension scheme.
